Good times in Bracebridge...

Geesssseeeee.... no blog again last night! What is going on?

We drove up to Bracebridge yesterday, which is normally about a 3 1/2 hour drivbe, but it ended up taking 4 1/2, going on 5 due to heavy rain and traffic that was out of this world. I don't even want to think about it!

Any how, we got up to Bracebridge and spent the evening with Angela, David, and daughter Trish... had a fantastic evening getting all caught up with them.

Today we all got up, enjoyed a lazy morning with a lot of coffee and talk! Decided that maybe we should go out and visit the Bracebridge Fall Fair which is on this weekend. Why not!

Wouldn't be a Fair with a Ferris Wheel, would it???

There were quite a few people out just "horsing around"... (sorry...)

Above, we are all out watching all the horsing around going on... it was a beautiful day in the neighbourhood!

Of course you have to have all the usual crazy venders selling everything that you do not really need! Wouldn't be a Fair without it! Lots of people were out for this Fair today...

Our Daughter Kristina, loves everything about sheep, so this pic Judy took for her! Judy did all the pictures today, as I was on a day off!

This Fair had a lot of antiquee type stuff on display, including this neat steam engine pump above...

Even a few indoor displays... kind of a neat day for a fair... we all enjoyed.

OK, so check out the neat picture Judy took above, of David and Angela's Cat, Lou Lou. Kind of neat... she is enjoying her dinner!

This is what Lou Lou really looks like... she is quite the cat, has a very distinct personality for sure!

Till tomorrow...

  1. Traffic and rain is not a good combination. Those smaller fairs are so much fun. Love the animals.

  4. Fall fairs are lotsa fun , but the traffic, not. Glad you had a good time. I have never met a cat that does not have a personality, usually finicky too.

  5. Great job on the pictures today, Judy. You just might have a full-time job now!

It's pretty certain that Fall Fairs are very similar no matter where they're held across the country - that's a good thing!
