With temperatures here hanging around the 90's, we have to start thinking about heading back up to Canada! Our time is coming to an end. Must say right now, that if I had to rate this winter for weather, I would give it at least a 9 out of 10. Florida has been great. We soon learned one thing about Florida... the evenings here are a lot warmer than they are out west. No question. When the sun sets out in California, you know it! Starts to cool down right away. Not so much here... some times it actually gets warmer!
We headed over to Holy Cross Church this morning for the last time... we spent the past 6 months attending, and have made many friends there.
This afternoon, we started a bit of work getting ready to leave this week. I got up on the roof and washed the slide out toppers, and the roof. The toppers were a lot worse than the roof, as I had just painted it. All clean now.
We continued on the ground, cleaning our main awning, and our patio mat. It was so hot here, it felt good working with the hose, and things dried up real quick. Mat all put away till we get back to home base.
After that was finished, it was full bore AC inside the RV and watched the Masters Tournament last round.
It is in overtime right now as I do up this post... has been great to watch! Be nice to see Scott win as the first Ausie Winner of the Green Jacket.
Yes, a Canadian has won the green jacket! Mike Weir!
