Ever heard of Shutterfly???

Simply a beautiful day here in Central Florida weather wise again... high 70's and lots of sun... just perfect!

Judy took on a big job this morning...

The other day I blogged about us visiting an orange grove that we really enjoyed. Judy took one of the bags of oranges we picked, and turned it into Orange Juice...WOW- amazing stuff! One of the best glasses of OJ I think I have ever downed, but I don't drink a lot of it actually. Gonna drink all of this juice though...

We were all going to get up at 4:30 tomorrow morning and watch for the advertised launch of the next re-supply mission to the ISS. This rocket was going to be launched at Cape Kennedy by Spacex. Too bad they decided to delay the launch due to some kind of contamination, but will relaunch on March 30. To make up for it, Judy launched one of her happy birthday baloons this afternoon into the nice Florida Sky! Up, up and away!

So have you ever heard of Shutterfly... I think most people have. Today Kristina sent Judy a nice Shutterfly Picture Album for her Birthday... just came one day late. Kristina made this book online off the Shutterfly Website, and had it shipped directly to her Mom. The book is based on their Family Vacation to visit us in Venice this past winter. Above you see the cover page for the book... below I took pictures of some of my favourite pictures in the album. This is professionally done, and is very impressive and collectable.

Charlie at the beach...

Gwenny at the splash pad in Venice...

Me, taming the gator!

We had happy hour down at Tom and Cheryl's this afternoon, and everyone passed this book arround till it was just about worn out! We all had a good laugh! Has to be somewhere around 20 or so pictures in the album, which makes a terriffic gift!

Till tomorrow...

  1. I'll have to check out Shutterfly - I could use a book of Mason pics like those of Gwenny and Charlie!

No gators though - you're lucky you still have all your fingers.

  4. Happy belated birthday. The book is a wonderful birthday gift--something you will treasure forever.

I keep meaning to make some books like that from the blog, but the task seems daunting.

  6. Sorry to be a downer here, but please don't release balloons into the air. If they end up in the ocean sea turtles may think the are jelly fish and try to eat them, the results are not good. Just trying to educate for the future. Becki

  7. Interesting idea 'Shutterfly' is. It is nice to have a bragging book for grand parents.
