A hard morning at work...

Another nice warm summer like day here in South West Ontario... This morning I was out the door, and back into the Dentist Chair! I had to have some adjustments made to a previous root canal from a few years ago... figured it could not be too serious, he only charged me $208.00. Thank goodness for Dental Plans!

Judy had dropped me off, so when I finished up at the Dentist, I walked a few blocks over to Kristina's place only to find a job!

This cluster of spruce trees had grown between their house and the neighbours, and was way too close to the deck, so it had to go. They got a tree removal Company in to do this job.

My job was to supervisor! I have spent years supervising people, and I was just back in fine form today!

I had three guys to supervisor, and man, did they work fast... before I could click my iPhone camera they had this thing on the ground...

Before I knew it they were at ground level... 2 guys hauled the downed tree parts out front for disposal.

This was all that was left...

That red machine on the right in the pic above, just ate up tree parts... want to keep your hands away from this beast!

Of course I took a few videos...

Sure was fun watching...errrrr... I mean supervising! Told them they could come back anytime and do it again!

Till tomorrow...

  2. And here I thought you were doing real work, like hard labor. But is nice to see those young guys hard at it.

  4. All I can say is it was a good thing you were there to supervise otherwise that tree could have fallen right on the house! Great job.
