Wow...did we luck out on the weather this week!
We decided to take out the kayaks today, as it was just too nice!
Yes, you have to take them off the roof! Check out the sky...perfect!
Cheryl and Tom were blazing away, heading down to Omemee...
We brought our lunch and enjoyed it...then checked out the dam...neat spot!
Judy took all the pictures today...and I am struggling to upload them as our Internet is really slow...
Had to throw this picture above in tonight...taken from our SEATS at the Rogers Centre during the Blue Jay game... These people are doing the "Edgewalk", at the 1,500 foot level of the CN Tower, which is right beside the Rogers Centre. Have to be crazy!
Here you can see the CN Tower, and the Rogers Centre to the immediate left...shows you how high the Edgewalkers. Actually are!

I can't believe you could see the edge walkers from your seats! I have a pit in my stomach just thinking about them :S

They are really and truly nuts. I don't think I could watch them. Fantastic weather and kayaking - now that makes for a great day.

I can't even imagine doing that Edge Walk. I'd have issues with going out on the Plexiglas flooring they installed a few years back.
ReplyDeleteCool that you could see them from your seats though. That was a treat. Also the fact that they won. Makes for a much better outing.
Living on the edge? Some people are just plain nuts.
ReplyDeleteEdge walking is not something that jumps to my mind for an activity to partake in. To each his/her own! The kayaking looked like a fun thing to do though!
