Yes, we made it to Ottawa this afternoon in all the heat! A/C was going all the way today, as the humidex was over 40 deg. C.

As soon as we arrived Paige and Emmie's had to sing "I'm a Barbie Girl" song for us on their singing microphones!

Next was dress up time...

Judy brought the girl's some Canada day supplies...

 

By 5:00 we were off for soccer! Emmie's had a bit of time to play in the park before the game...

 

I got to be her "helper" out on the field during the practice session...

Emmie's is a great soccer player, and enjoys playing...had some problems with my pictures, but tomorrow is another day!

On the road again...

Yes, we are on the road again...

Tonight we are on our way to Seagrave to visit Judy's brother Howard, and wife Teri. Judy wants to return some Family Tee material to Howard, and have a visit.

Tomorrow we will head to Ottawa, and hope we make it in time for Emmie's soccer game in the evening! Looking forward to it!

It's a Heat Wave...

Melanie reads our blog from Paris, France, and reports lots of rain and cool weather there now, as Rick does, who reads the blog in B.C. What is going on?

We are at the beginning of a big heat wave... Mid 30's and high humidity,makes it feel over 40...

Kristina had to go out this morning,so Judy was off to take care of Gwenny... Took her to the park, and the splash pad!

She loves the water and never met a swing she does not like!

Tonight we all enjoyed the pool and a BBQ...

All I managed to do was take the RV out this morning to get propane...too hot for anything else including blogging!
