Yes, we finally finished up the painting of the Dining Room! Glad to have it finished… four days of fun! This room had not be painted for quite a while, and had very dark colours in it, so we ended up needing 3 coats of primer on the walls to get the coverage we needed! Whew… quite a bit of repair work, as well as wall paper removal! What else! Good thing Kristina and I worked together, as we were able to finish it up this week. Judy earned the badge of honour taking care of Gwenny!
Chris and Kristina decided on blue and white… I now call this the “Blue Room”…
It sure turned out to be nice and bright, and of course smells like a new car!
All 3 of us were worn out after this week, phew… nice to have it finished!
Hope everyone enjoys the weekend!

Love the color. Boy it does look like a different room. Great job!ReplyDelete
Blue, our favorite color. I love your new look. We transformed the look of dark wood paneling in the living/dining rooms of our 1964 double wide mobile home in to a beautiful, restful place just by painting the walls a very light blue with white trim.ReplyDelete
